User changes name

When a teacher get married and wants to change their name. We can easily support this by renaming them in the Google admin panel.

Steps

1. Rename the user Lastname and Email address

   1. their drive files will be reassociated to the new  username

   2. their previous name will automatically become an email alias meaning that email sent to it will still be recieved by the teacher

2. Change their name in the Hapara TD Classes spreadsheet and re upload - (their new account name won't be able to access the Hapara Classes without this)

3. Note if the school is using Microsoft Active Directory someone will need to update this  too
