Enrol chromebooks / whiteglove
To enrol the chromebook in a school you will need
an open WiFi network
a username and password for the google domain (of the school you are enrolling the device in)
enough chrome upgrade licences in the school to proceed
It is then straightforward (this works best when the chromebook is bing started for the first time.
